Privacy
On the production site, this website uses GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand which pages and links are useful. It is the only analytics tool on the site.
- It records aggregate page views, referring sites, and clicks on a few links (such as papers and repositories).
- It does not use tracking cookies and does not build advertising profiles.
- It reports approximate, aggregate location (for example, country or region) derived from network information; it does not store full IP addresses or identify individual visitors.
- Aggregate location indicates roughly where visits come from. It does not reveal who a visitor is, who they work for, or any hiring intent.
Analytics runs only on the live production site — not during local development or on preview deployments. If analytics is blocked or unavailable, every page, link, and download on this site continues to work normally.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. As with any GitHub Pages site, GitHub logs visitors' IP addresses for security purposes, as described in the GitHub Privacy Statement. I do not have access to those logs.
